Returns & Refunds

At KorLuxe, we want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase.

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it back to us.

Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. 

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Personalised or custom pieces are also non-returnable unless faulty.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
